Shipping & Delivery

We offer 2 shipping options

Standard Delivery ( 4 - 8 working days) £3.95

Express Delivery (Under 5 working days) £7.95

Orders are generally sent through Royal Mail. If your order cost over £20.00, it will be sent 1st class recorded delivery. This delivery method has a 90% chance of arrival the day after dispatch.

Delivery times explained below

To offer the prices we do, we need to manage our T-shirt stock levels. For us to have 10 tops in each size and each colour we would need space for 30,000 tops! Crazy! Smaller orders are normally ok, but we order the tops we need every monday to arrive on Tuesday. We have no idea in a week whether we will need 1 black small t-shirt, or 100. Ordering what we need will mean we can manage our stock, and ensure delivery to you in time for your event.

So if you have an order in by mid-day monday, they will be made Tuesday or Wednesday and then dispatched to you. Working on this, we say you should expect to receive you order in about 5 working days.

If you are on a tight time-scale, give us a ring and we will push it forward.  We are very confident you will have your order within 10 working days so if your order is not sent out within 10 working days, we will issue you with a partial refund of 20%. If we sent the order out within this time and the delay is with the royal mail, we cannot take responsibility for this. We keep proof of posting and tracking numbers, so if you need a parcel tracked please contact us. If you need your order by a certain date please let us know as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If an item does not arrive, we will not issue a refund, but send out identical products to the ones originally ordered.

Holiday Hen does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. 
Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart while you shop. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

We keep your contact details for our own records only.

We may contact you periodically with any special offers or promotions.

We promise that we will never "sell" on any details that you provide us with.

Returns & Replacements

Returns will only be accepted for an UNWORN faulty top.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and always try to ensure your complete satisfaction.

As all our products are personalised and made to order we cannot offer exchanges/refunds for a product you have purchased. Therefore, please ensure that you have the selected the CORRECT SIZE, AND ALL SPELLINGS ARE CORRECT FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS when ordering.

If in doubt about a size, go for a size larger.

If we feel that a spelling looks odd whilst making your order, we will question this with you, but we will not accept responsibility for miss-spellings.

If you have an order for a few tops, and one is faulty when you received them, we will replace this top immediately. This happens on a very rare occassion, but if you are ordering late, please take note that we will not pay extra for guaranteed next day postage. 

Due to hen and holiday T-shirts generally only being worn once, we have a strict no returns policy, so people cannot send them back after being worn for the hen party/holiday. If items have been damaged whilst being worn, we will not accept the top back.

All information can be input once you have selected a design tempate you like. Each listing has been edited slightly so to take into account all the information you need. However you may want something that isn't available to input on there, so just call us up and we'll see what we can do! We always try to help out as much as possible!

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Each listing has been input as a certain amount, however the pricing changes on some listings for extra writing. All listings have extra payments for nicknames and numbers and the price changes according to the top style you have selected.


We use the paypal payment gateway - For those of you who have a paypal account set up it means it will be quick and easy for you to check out.

Dont worry if you dont have a paypal account, you can pay using your debit or credit card securely through their site. Once you have completed checkout, you will be redirected to paypal, There will be an option for those who have accounts to sign in, and directly underneath it will give you the option to make a payment as a paypal guest. Paypal is a trusted and secure service which is highly recommended and used worldwide. 


We can accept a cheque for the total, but be aware that we will only begin to make your T-shirts once it has cleared. Please complete all the details and click through to be re-directed to paypal. Although you wont be paying via paypal, this will send us all the details you have completed, and we will await a phone call or email from you saying that you will be paying this way. We will be able to forward you an invoice with a copy of all the order details on


Viewing Orders
On completing your order you shall receive an email with the order details on. You can review all the information here.

Updating Account Information
If you find that something is wrong on the Order after purchase please contact us asap. We give a 24 hour window for you to make amendments. After this point, there is no guarentee that we can change the order. Dependant on the change, we will come to some arrangement, but we cannot offer a refund if the error is with you. This is why it is essential to check order details as soon as possible.
